These Terms govern your access to and use of Helveo (“the Service”), operated by Helveo AG (“we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Switzerland.

By creating an account or using Helveo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Helveo is a financial tracking and goal projection platform that provides tools to visualize your assets and simulate growth.
Helveo does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Helveo.
By using the Service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Subscriptions

Helveo offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription (monthly, annual, or lifetime).
Billing and payment processing are handled securely via Stripe.

  • You are responsible for ensuring payment information is valid and up to date.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • Lifetime plans grant continuous access to Pro features for the duration of Helveo’s operation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Helveo for illegal purposes.

  • Attempt to access other users’ data.

  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service.
    Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software are the property of Helveo AG.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of Valeo without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Helveo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of financial projections or simulations.

We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data in the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Helveo AG shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from use of the Service.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
